On 9/23/2020 the Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC) has amended the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (CACR) removing certain general authorizations. If you plan on traveling to Cuba or engaging with Cuban entities, please visit the Guidance document.
